How can I place an order?

What are the payment options?

Direct deposit through Zelle or any other money transfering service like CashApp, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes... depending on location. We offer free delivery to Pawtucket and Central Falls ONLY. For any orders outside of that, we charge an extra $5 for every 5 miles from our home base location.

How often does the selection of products change?

Many factors including seasonal change, holidays, and special events will affect the selection of variety we have at any given time.

Are your products gluten free?

SOME of products are gluten free, NOT ALL. Most of our confections will be gluten free unless otherwise specified. Even then, please note: all of our products are made in the same facility, so we must inform our customers that the chance of cross contamination is possible.

How should I store my goodies?

We recommend storing any baked goods (such as cookies) in an airtight container with a slice of bread (could be literally any kind you have!) to retain their moisture. Cold items should always be stored in a refrigerated unit. Shelf stable items (such as caramels and jellies) should be stored in a cool, dry place to prevent melting/leaking.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer a return policy at this time as. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us directly to discuss the issue and we will work together with you to offer a solution.

Yes!! Send us an email inquiry detailing the specifics for your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Does your company cater events?

Another yes! Please go to our menu page to view our current selection. At the bottom of the page is a link to our Catering Request Form. Please fill that out as accurately as possible with the details of your event and what you are looking for and we'll come up with something that is tailored to your event!
